Architect & Senior Software Engineer Specialist in Training, Development & Employability Programs
I build the bridge between the classroom and the job market — designing training pathways, engineering digital platforms, and documenting the architecture of a city rebuilding itself. 1500+ students trained and placed since 2019.

Architect and professional full-stack developer with extensive experience in training, capacity building, employability development, and managing large educational and technical initiatives.
Founder and leader of multiple technical and educational institutions since 2019 — including a software company (Digital Transformation), Sutoor Foundation for Training and Development, and an architectural heritage documentation team in post-war Mosul.
I have trained over 1500 students in engineering, programming, digital skills and documentation — many of whom are now employed in local and international companies. My work focuses on bridging academia with real-world job needs, building partnerships with organizations such as UNESCO, Expertise France, the RISE Program, and several global universities.

Digital Transformation Company
Founded a software company providing digital transformation services for government institutions, private sector companies and international partners. Managed teams of developers and designers, delivered large-scale platforms, and supervised full product lifecycles. Built internal training routes to develop junior staff and interns, enabling them to contribute to real projects.
Code For Iraq Initiative
Led the Mosul chapter of Code for Iraq, organizing training programs in programming, digital skills and community-based projects. Coordinated workshops, events and collaborative engagements with universities and NGOs. Mentored students and volunteers to build career-ready technical and soft skills.
Sutoor Foundation for Training & Development
Established a training foundation focused on empowering youth in engineering, programming and architectural fields. Trained over 1000 students, developed qualification roadmaps, organized bootcamps and specialized workshops, and collaborated with local and international organizations to secure internship and employment pathways.
Architectural Heritage Documentation Team
Led a specialized team documenting Mosul's cultural and historical buildings after the war. Delivered award-winning documentation projects recognized by the University of Nottingham and the University of Mosul. Work included 3D modeling, field surveying and heritage analysis.
